Threads scheduler
Threads has no built-in scheduling, so the queue has to live somewhere outside the app. The only real question is whether you hand over account access to get it.
A queue you fill once
You load the queue and assign publish times. The extension posts at those hours as you, inside your own open Threads session. The queue stays editable: change the text, move a slot, drop a post that stopped being relevant.
The text can be written later
For each slot you can supply just a topic and let the text be generated at publish time. That makes filling a week in one sitting practical, and it removes the usual problem with writing ahead: posts do not go stale while they wait in the queue.
No password leaves your browser
The schedule is executed by the extension on your machine, not by a remote server. No login, no password, no access token goes anywhere. This is not a formality — a sign-in from an unfamiliar IP is the single most common reason the platform starts demanding identity confirmation.
When to publish
There is no universal best hour, but there is a pattern: a post collects most of its reach in the first hour, so publish when your audience is reading and when you can answer replies. A post that goes out overnight will not be picked up by morning.
FAQ
Does Threads have built-in scheduling?
No. There is no native scheduler in the app; publishing ahead is only possible through third-party tools.
What happens if my browser is closed at the scheduled time?
The post goes out the next time the browser runs with the extension active. Strict timing needs the browser open — that is the trade-off for never handing over account access.
Can I schedule for several accounts?
Yes, with no per-account surcharge. Their queues are independent.
Can scheduling get my account restricted?
Publishing at a human pace looks like ordinary use and is not distinguishable from it. Trouble comes from bursts of identical actions, which is why the schedule spreads posts out rather than firing them together.
